Try the menú del día. Most restaurants offer a fixed lunch menu for around 12-19€. La Herrería’s at 19€ is particularly good value.
Visit the Botanic Garden first. The Jardín Botánico is one of the best in Europe and a natural lead-in to lunch at Black Sea or MUXACHO nearby.
Book for dinner. Puerto de la Cruz has a loyal repeat visitor base — the best restaurants fill up every evening in summer. Always book at least a day ahead.
